RETURN POLICY

Please note: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is returned in its original condition, including all parts, components, and packaging.

  2. There is no evidence of damage from improper handling.

  3. Items requiring hygiene standards have been properly cleaned before returning.

  4. If the product was defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately.

  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will confirm the return within this period.

We reserve the right to reject any return if the item shows signs of use or damage not attributable to us.


How do I initiate a return?
If your order qualifies for return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: info@lunaandrosejewellery.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the item (if damaged)

    • Your full name

    • Your address

Once received, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not return the item to the sender’s address.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Consumers (natural persons purchasing for non-commercial use) have a 14-day cancellation right, starting from the day you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) receives the final item of your order.

Important:
We operate with an automated fulfillment system. Once an order is placed, processing and shipping begin immediately. Therefore, cancellation after dispatch is not possible. If the item is already in transit, please wait for delivery and follow the return procedure if you wish to send it back.

To cancel your order:
Email us a clear statement (e.g. via email) with your intention to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation becomes effective only once we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


Refunds:
Upon successful withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs (except for standard shipping costs, if applicable).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
